Liz Crawford
Liz joined the 12News Team in January 2010 after graduating Magna Cum Laude from La Salle University in 2009. Before coming to Erie, Liz got her start in television in Philadelphia as a traffic reporter. Prior to that, she interned at NBC Philadelphia in both the consumer and investigative departments, getting the chance to go on undercover stories and expose numerous scams and frauds.
Originally from New Jersey, Liz will miss the Jersey shore but is excited to enjoy the beautiful Erie landscape. Erie natives have told her that the summers certainly make up for the harsh winters.
Liz is most eager to become a part of the Erie community and deliver the hometown news. She is passionate about journalism and dedicated to deliver essential information to the people of Erie.
In her spare time, Liz enjoys spending time with her friends, getting wrapped up in a good book, or taking a good run. Most of all, Liz loves hanging out with her family and misses the sounds of her father and brother yelling on the couch during an Eagles game!
