Eighteen year old Ariell Dalton looks like any other well adjusted young lady in the prime of life. CLICK FOR VIDEO When she was four years old in 1995, she was repeatedly raped by her mothers boyfriend, Jerry Eugene Butcher, 45 years old from Conneaut, Ohio.
"I told my aunt I was being touched and I was pointing to myself and went to the doctors and they confirmed I was being raped, " said Dalton.
The family tried for years to bring Butcher to justice, because a four year old wouldn't make a good witness it never went to trial, that all changed this year. He was charged and convicted of raping Dalton. It took 13 years to bring Butcher to justice.
