Reward Fund

A reward fund has been set up to help find the suspect who vandalized the grave of a Crawford County soldier killed in Iraq. As we reported last week, vandals spray painted the tombstone of Army Corporal Timothy Lauer at Cochranton Cemetery. Fortunately relatives were able to clean it off. Then over the weekend, someone stole two wreaths off the grave. One has been recovered. Now a number of people and veterans groups are offering nearly $2500 for information leading to an arrest. If you have any information, call State Police in Meadville.
