Curtis to Concede in Millcreek

Multiple sources confirm to 12News that incumbent Millcreek Supervisor Larry Curtis is preparing to concede to opponent Richard Figaski, a former Millcreek detective. The contentious election centered around the Millcreek Water Authority combining with the Erie Water Works.
