Three critical at McGarey's Tavern this week. They were for a blocked hand wash sink, a dirty soda gun, and a food temperature issue. The inspector told them to take the affected ox roast an throw it out.===
Two criticals at the Collegiate Academy Cafeteria. One for raw turkey stored on top of some canned and bottled beverages. The other for some improperly cooled soup.===
Two critical violations at the Country fair on North Main Street in Union City. One was for having old food and dishes in their hand wash sink. The second for some improperly labeled deli meat.===
One critical at the Beechwood Inn in Greene Township. They had a cooler that wasn't keeping the food inside cool enough.====
Mi Scuzi Restaurant in Erie got one critical for a soda gun that wasn't clean.===
At the Sandbar in Millcreek, it's one critical for a lack of single-use towels at the hand wash sink.===
And finally the Vets Stadium concession stand got one critical for an unclean soda gun.
