Critical Violations 7-23-09

   When Erie County Health Department inspectors went to the Corry Country Club for a follow-up inspection, they still found some critical violations. CLICK FOR VIDEO  Three to be exact. The first two had to do with protecting the food from contamination. The inspector say the Country Club had raw chicken stored in direct contact with raw port. The second food protection critical was for steak stored on top of some rice cakes. The inspector gave the Corry Country Club 24-hours to fix the storage situation. The third critical concerned food temperatures, and keeping food cold enough. The inspector found cut tomatoes in a deli cooler at 49-degrees. the rule's 41-or below. Workers at the Corry Country Club fixed the problem during the inspection.
