This is normally when we take you Behind the Kitchen Door to see which restaurants got critical violations from Erie county health inspectors this week. But there aren't any. Apparently, they did fewer than normal restaurant inspections this week because they're busy checking swimming pools around the county. Of course, we'll go back Behind the Kitchen Door, next Thursday night on 12-News at Eleven.
