When Erie County Health Department inspectors checked out the B&B Express on Rice Avenue in Lake City, they found two critical violations. CLICK FOR VIDEO The problem's food temperatures. Some food, like peppers, weren't being kept warm enough. They need to be at least 135-degrees. B & B got another critical for not having milk cool enough. It was 54-degrees, and it needs to be 41 or cooler. All the affected food was tossed and the problem fixed during the inspection. One violation at Arnone's Deli on West 18th Street in Erie. It's those food temps again. They had pastas and sauce that wasn't being kept cool enough. Arnone's fixed it during the inspection. Same problem at Rascal's Tavern on West Main Street in Corry, where they had one critical violation. Hot dogs, blue cheese and ranch dressing all not cool enough. They fixed the problem during the inspection. And more of the same at TGI Fridays on Peach Street. The inspector found dried blue cheese at 49-degrees. That brought an order to throw it out, which they did during the inspection.
