   Let's start our weekly look at perfect health inspections at Erie County restaurants in the city. No problems at the Moniuszko Singing Society on Reed Street, Gelateria Barbara on West 18th Street, Flight of the Eagle on Pennsylvania Avenue, and the Valerio's Prep Kitchen on West 29th. Elsewhere around the county this week, it's a violation-free inspection at Roosevelt Inn on Route-97 in Union City, as well as two spots in Corry; the Salvation Army on Washington Street and Debi's Gourmet on Crosscut Road. The health inspector also gave perfect reports to the Gem City Outdoorsman Club on Van Camp Road in Fairview, and the Splash Lagoon-Laser Tag on Peach Street in Summit Township. And we wrap it up with Diamond Dishes for the Country Fairs on Route 6-N West and East Plum Street in Edinboro, Jackie Sue's BBQ on Wall Street in Girard.
