Critical Violations 6-25-09

When Erie County Health Department inspectors checked out the Courtyard by Marriott on Peach Street, they found one critical violation. CLICK FOR VIDEO It's about keeping food contact surfaces clean. The inspector says their hot water wasn't reaching the required temperature for sanitizing. The final rinse needs to get to 180-degrees. That brought an order to fix the problem as soon as possible. One critical violation at the Walmart Supercenter on Route-6 in Corry. Again, its about maintaining those food contact surfaces. The inspector says the Walmart didn't have enough chemical sanitizer.
