State Police in Venango County are investigating a murder-suicide inside a hospital early this morning.  State Police say 75 year old Robert Riddle of Oil City, walked into the Intensive Care Unit at UPMC Northwest in Cranberry Township and shot his wife, Shirley.  Police found a note at their home, indicating the husband could no longer permit his wife's suffering.  Police say he walked into the hospital with a concealed gun, shot his wife and then shot himself.  We'll have more on this tonight on WICU 12News at 5.
