The value of checkups is well documented, but when it comes to medical checkups most men value the routine maintenance on their cars than they do on their own bodies. The Men’s Health Network has found that there are many reasons men avoid doctors, but statistics also show that men die at higher rates than women and at an earlier ages and the lack of routine health screenings is thought to be a top reason.  In this month’s Saint Vincent Health Insights reports, we will take a look at some of the more important exams needed by all men and take a look at why men need to develop a good relationship with a good physician.
