• To receive a complete set of rules and/or list of winners at the end of the contest, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to WICU12 WINNERS, 3514 State St. Erie, PA 16508. Employees and their immediate families of WICU and prize sponsors are ineligible.
• All winners will be required to complete necessary paperwork up to and including providing proof of identiy (driver's license) and social security number. Winners MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER on or before the entry deadline to enter and/or win this contest.
• Release forms are at the offices of WICU and can be picked up during regular business hours (8:30am - 5:00pm).
• Prizes are not redeemable for cash and, unless otherwise noted, non-transferable.
• The prize winners are responsible for transportation and all expenses not included in the prize package.  The winner is responsible for all fees and taxes that may be involved.
• WICU Television, their owners, employees, officers, successors, and assigns for any accident or injury incurred by winner and/or companion while redeeming your prize.
